§2257 Compliance Statement

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, all records required by federal law for content distributed via Zensme are maintained by the designated Custodian of Records.

Custodian of Records

The Custodian of Records and the address where records are maintained will be specified here at launch. All depicted performers were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time their content was produced.

Verification process

Creators undergo identity verification via our verification partner prior to upload privileges, including government-issued photo identification. Records are retained per statutory requirements.

Content distributed by third parties

For content originally produced by third parties, Zensme acts as a secondary producer; records are maintained by the original primary producer or as otherwise required.
