Notice contents

A valid notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient specificity to locate it, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If material has been removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the statutory requirements. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
