Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Zensme. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and have passed our age-verification process. You confirm your identity and age accurately. False information is grounds for immediate termination.

Account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

Prohibited content includes (without limitation): minors or implied minors, non-consensual content, content depicting real violence or coercion, deepfakes of real people without consent, content that violates third-party rights, and any content prohibited by law. Payments

Payments are processed by adult-friendly third-party processors. By making a payment you authorize the charge. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operating-entity jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
