Every depicted person on Zensme provides verified, informed consent prior to publication.

Required documentation
Creators must obtain and retain a model release for each depicted person, identifying the depicted person, the date of production, and the scope of consented use. We may request copies for compliance review.
Withdrawal of consent
Depicted persons may withdraw consent for future use; existing distributed content may be removed subject to applicable law and §2257 retention requirements.
No deepfakes
Synthetic depictions of real persons without their explicit consent are prohibited.
