Creator Agreement

This agreement governs the relationship between Zensme and verified creators. It supplements the Terms of Service.

License

Creators grant Zensme a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, encode, transcode, transmit, and publicly perform uploaded content for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering it to authorized end-users. Creators retain ownership.

Revenue share

Specific take rates and payout schedule are published in the Creator Console and may be amended on prospective notice. Founding creators may receive promotional terms specified at onboarding.

Compliance

Creators warrant that all uploaded content satisfies the Content Policy, that all depicted persons consented in writing and were of legal age at the time of production, and that records satisfying §2257 (where applicable) exist and are made available on request.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice as specified in the Console. Material breaches (including violations of the Content Policy or law) may result in immediate termination.
